Founded on the belief that real estate is personal, Terra connects buyers, sellers, and investors — local and abroad — with the island's most sought-after properties, guided every step of the way with discretion, market insight, and a hands-on approach.
Jorge Rodriguez

Jorge founded Terra Realty Solutions in 2017 after more than two decades in business, including entrepreneurial ventures in Dallas, Texas, before returning home to Puerto Rico. He holds a BA in Business and Marketing, a foundation that shapes his approach to positioning and marketing every listing. As a broker, he has led operations for one of the island's most exclusive residential developments and specializes in luxury and golf course real estate. Since 2025, Jorge has closed over $13M in sales, building his practice on trust, discretion, and a deep, personal knowledge of Puerto Rico's most desirable communities. Beyond the transaction, Jorge works closely with clients to maximize the long-term value of their properties, including luxury short-term rental strategy for investment buyers.
